The 35,000 m2 office complex of TÜV Süd AG in the Westend District of Munich is a prime example of intelligent solutions in the working world. Our mission? To revitalize the entire site. Starting with dismantling, contaminant rehabilitation and disposal all the way to excavation pit construction. Over the course of the work, we dismantled roughly 43,700 m3 above ground and approximately 15,000 m3 underground, while 100,000 m3 of contaminated soil were excavated and disposed of.
