Bauer Resources' Hamburg soil treatment center recently became the first company in the Hanseatic region to receive the QUBA certificate for quality-assured soil material.
Even from a distance, you can see it clearly: A bright yellow drilling rig rises 28 m above the horizon along the new section of Schauenburgerstrasse in Elmshorn and drills down meter by meter.
Arriving at an airport usually comes along with a sense of excitement about an upcoming vacation. But when the rehabilitation experts from the Bauer Umwelt Division of BAUER Resources GmbH arrive at the Berlin-Schoenefeld airport grounds, relaxation couldn’t be further from their minds.
Over an area of 35,000 m², there was hardly a stone left standing. Most of the buildings on the site in Munich's Schwabing district were converted or partially demolished in some cases.
